Mercari Selling Fees Guide
Mercari 10% Selling Fee
Starting January 6, 2025, Mercari reintroduced its flat **10% selling fee** for sellers. When your item sells successfully, Mercari deducts 10% from the final selling price. Listing items remains free.
Buyer Fees & Protection
Buyers are charged a flat **3.6% Buyer Protection fee** at checkout. Because buyers absorb some of the fees, sellers don't have to pay additional credit card processing fees, helping protect seller margins.
Direct Deposit Fees
Mercari offers free direct deposits to your bank account via standard ACH transfer (capped at one withdrawal per day). Instantly transferring money to a debit card via Instant Pay incurs a flat fee.
